It won't load for me.  I've tried two devices, tried clearing browser history, switching off and on again.

I always login via the NYT site. I'm reluctant to go in via any other route as I tried that once last year and it gave the answer

With the letters I had in the first two rounds it took a long time for the answer to come to mind - it couldn't have been anything else, but the word eluded me (heck, I never used 'alluded' there, I need to wake up!).

not working for me now in chrome or firefox

I've got in now. I looked up the error code. I think it's because I did a Windows update last night . Cleared my cache completely and then tried again.
