It's all about minimising your moves Lottie.

Step 1) Swap 2 letters, both in the right place👍👍

Step 2) Swap 2 letters, 1 in the right place and the other in a place step 1 can happen👍👍

Step3) Swap 2 letters, both in the wrong place, but both can be swapped with 2 others resulting in 4 letters in the right place👍👍

Not sure I've explained my theory very well.

I try to work out the final grid before shifting letters.
