I joined this AB thread recently, though I've been a serial Wordler for over two years - with a maximum streak of 559. Can someone explain what the * next to the number of attempts, eg 3/6* means in this thread? There's one today for Ellipsis...🤔

I think * denotes hard mode. Look in settings.
