2. Games Quiz. In aid of West Lancs Scouts, Raising funds for Community Project in Malawi 2025. £1.40 entry fee. Closing date is 10th January 2025.

3. Cryptic quiz on a musical theme. Quiz in aid of the Hastings Sierra Leone’s project to improve the water supply and sanitation in a dozen schools. Cryptic clues on composers, artistes, works and instruments. £2 entry fee. Closing date 11th Jan 2025.

4. Honiton Library. All money raised goes to Libraries Unlimited, the charity which runs libraries in Devon. £1 entry fee. Closing date 11th Jan 2025.

5. All words & numbers. Proceeds go to MAGPAS. £2 entry fee. Closing date is 13th January 2025.

6. Pantomimes and Christmas Films and Tales. In aid of 6th Chatteris Brownies. £1 entry fee. Closing date is 31st January 2025.

7. WINTER quiz. In aid of the Romanian Aid Foundation. £1 entry fee. Closing date 28th Feb 2025.

8. On the twelfth Day of Christmas. Raising money for Water Aid. £1 entry fee. Closing date 8th March 2025.

9. Name the Place. Childrens Society Winter Quiz. Each question or answer will relate to the name of a Place, Fact or Fiction as well as proper names. £1 entry fee. Closing date is 30th April 2025.

Precious Gems

Raising money for Water Aid.  Transforming lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation. Answers are names that contain the name of a precious or semi-precious gem, stone or mineral.  Think of minerals or stones that could be used in jewellery.   Suggested minimum donation of £1.00. Prize of £10 for the entry with the most correct answers. In the event of a tie spellings will be taken into account and all correct entries will be entered into a draw. Prize of £5 will be selected at random from all entries.
