Lady with two small lads.

I have patrician for this, but it means aristocratic, blueblooded ,anyone got a better idea?
I don't know how many letters

I think you're right as a Lady--- is a member of the gentry.

As every answer is an occcupation, I guess that the whole definition is omitted! Hence we need PATRICIAN to be the occupation, but PAT = Lady .. with two small lads RIC and IAN?

In ancient Rome, although patricians were hereditary, they held almost all the high civic offices, therefore, it could be an occupation.

In the theasurus it lists patrician under lord and also master so it could be correct.
I don't have any clues as to length or first letter.
