A careful study of a map of Norfolk does not reveal any towns that are also countries. The nearest I have found is an American State. There is a small town called California about 5 miles North of Great Yarmouth.

I don't know if this is a typo on arsenals part ..but the County town is indeed Norwich .....but if it is Country ..then gen2 is correct with California.Just up the road from Hemsby.I worked there as a girl, at the holiday camp.
