I thought the answer was Sternutation,but I have never had it used in a jocular sense.

i dont know how to spell this but maybe but probably not gazuntite(say it like its spelt)

The word you are looking for Katietab is Gesundheit,used to wish good health to a person who has sneezed and is literally German for good health
