If u want, I could happily give u some pointers
Righto! here we go: Look at the buzzwords Med, Sun etc & make alist of all words that rhyme & try 2 form into a couple of sentences, don't worry if u go over, as u can pare it down as soon as you get a basic idea ,as soon as your brain juices start flowing you'll be able 2 substitute more meaningful words that put your T/B into a far more succinct context, don't forget 2 try & incorporate words that hold double or hidden meanings. Once you've got a rough draught, forget about it, put it away & look at it a few days later, If it looks rubbish &sounds corny, then it's a pretty good bet the judges will think so too!!
what i can't understand is why the DM did this comp this way? perhaps it was to cut down on the No. of entrants? because as soon as a lot of people see the dreaded word TIEBREAKER, they tend not 2 bother, leaving the way open 4 the elite compers such as valerie dallimore, who are prolific tie breaker winners, 2 clean up, leaving us mere mortals 2 continue wishing & dreaming DO NOT BE AFRAID OF T/B's The more u do the better u get at it
