Eye rhyme has not that definition in dictionary. Also the N is from San Salvador which is the answer to Central American capital city.

I see ! Must be End rhyme then .
End rhyme or terminal rhyme occurs where the rhyming words are at the ends of their lines. I can't find anything about One rhyme anywhere..hope this helps.

Thanks for your help Shaneystar2. Have investigated End Rhyme on Google and now convinced myself and the person whose crossword it is that its the right answer.
