Is it the dog on the album sleeve of His Masters Voice records? Just a guess.

Nipper, the HMV dog is buried in Clarence St, Kingston upon Thames. The site is apparently now a car park for a bank. I don't know where this festival is held.

No, neither am I, but if it's a dog from a musical and buried in California i.e. Hollywood country, it's not a bad guess, is it? Even though I can't stand the film myself!
