I went for its when i put demonstrative personal pronoun in on google its seemed to be right, but like you my grammer is not the best

I think that Theirs and Its are possessive pronouns (this dog is theirs, it is wearing its collar). According to the Oxford "demonstrative (of a determiner or pronoun) indicating the person or thing referred to (e.g. this, that. those).
I think it is "they", which is a plural personal pronoun of course. Demonstrative means it substitutes for another noun to which it refers - ie. you use it when you have already mentioned the real noun earlier.

"She's" is a contraction of "she is", where she is a singular personal pronoun. "Theirs" and "its" are possessive personal pronouns.
