Just reading in the Express that Panama is the only country where you can see the sun rise in the Pacific and set in the Atlantic. Now maybe I'm being thick but surely it's the other way around. Can anyone explain this to me? thanks

Strictly speaking, there is a bit of Panama where you can see the sun rise over the Pacific, and another bit where tou can see it set over the Atlantic. On the whole though, I'd say the information was misleading. Try checking the map.
