If three numbers have a mean of 5. Then the sum of the three numbers must be 15 (3x5).
So the other two numbers must have a sum of 15-4=11.

So the other two numbers must add up to 11.
Assuming positive whole numbers only
they could be 0,11; 1,10; 2,9; 3,8; 4,7; 5,6
In algebraic form the other two numbers will be x & 11-x.
