annie jay my logic was... Answer=Key....Bishop=ODO
Bishop holds the answer= O KEY DO+ KEY (and the answer) . Is satisfactory= Okey Dokey K

Hiya K - To be honest, Annie, I didn't follow K's logic at first, but didn't like to ask!

Apparently, Bishop Odo was born in Normandy in 1032!

K's disentanglement becomes even more impressive.

Hi Crofter. You must remember the Bayeux Tapestry, 1066 and all that. I fear that Bishop ODO has been replaced by Bishop TUTU in crossword terms in recent years!
