If a helicopter had enough fuel to hover in one spot for 24 hours would it see the whole world revolve underneath it?

So that must be the speed you'd have to fly to keep in the same place [relative to the sun]. Then you'd see the earth passing under you but don't think there's a chopper built for that sort of speed. Better buy up one of the old Concords and fit big fuel tanks!
