These winter digs are one block away from a gondola, and they redefine the term "room and board" Any help I really thank you!!!!

i think you need to look for a winter ski resort hotel one block away from a gondola -possibly an anagram of room+board.

Look in Colorado Springs - i think there is one there that seems to fit.

I am perplexed because there are many condos and homes for rent that boast "one block away" how do I pick the right one?
