Can't make my mind up which country this is. Ecuador, Venezeula and Peru all seem to fit the bill. Or could it be another.

Columbia is a city is South Carolina goldenfield. You've spelt it the same twice. I take it you mean Colombia?

On further study of this question, I think it has to be Colombia not Bolivia as the answer.

No I DID mean Columbia. If we now spell it Colombia then perhaps you should tell the owner of the photo - Robert Harding - who clearly has it spelled with a U. not an O.

Can you give me the reference number in the Robert Harding Picture Library please Heathfield - I looked under Colombia.

This could be a problem. I don't know if the DT would accept Columbia!
