Many thanks pandabear. All are spot on.

As a few are aware, I live in NZ and get the puzzle from the webpage when it is posted at midnight your time and 11am Sunday here. So the 5.30 posting time shown is actually 4.30 in the afternoon.

I think that quadrate is the right answer but is incorrect as to fact.

Werllington is also the third windiest city in the world (after Chicago and Perth, Australia).
