what is the logo that looks like the 5(pale) olympic rings on a darker background. (13,8,8) and a three quarter face with the hair blowing out in straight lines to the right (7,4) Could this last one be a power supplier? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I have just found Powergen's logo which looks like you describe. The lady has what looks like a sun in her hand.
I don't know if they have another name, they do keep changing.
