I've just seen the flood of abuse you have received from some of the other ABers. Ignore them! This site is supposed to be fun - but some of the others get themselves very worked up about nothing.

It is true that you could use the search function over on the left-hand side. Just typing in a few words from your clue often reveals the answer very quickly.

when i read the email i was discouraged as i didn't know about the search bit as it is placed quite well down the screen - they need to redesign the layout of the page & move it to the top so newcomers can instantly see this.I came across this site quite by accident after searching for a couple of weeks.

never mind I am glad that others could be of help - perticulary yourself as you have been very kind.
