Would agree that the answer is Daniel Auteuil, and that that is the race course, but the Arc is a flat race held at Longchamps

Thanks campbellking, the misinformation was caused owing to the close proximity of the two race courses, which are both apparently situated in the Bois de Boulogne Park.
