12a eogistical nut waving wildly (13) - should be gesticulating, but there is a 'g' missing for anagram. any suggestions?

14a barely in time to craftily steal that record (2,3,4,6) - is it 'at the last minute'?

thx to you both - K and Crofter. Can you confirm 13d is Stocklist?
What's the clue? We're solving these "cold" as it were!

scots kilt removed from inventory
Stocklist looks right. K
Stocklist looks Okay to me! It's an INVENTORY and an anagram of SCOTS KILT - although to use the word "removed" to suggest an anagram is rather strange. Perhaps the setter wishes it to be read as RE-MOVED, that is MOVED AGAIN! Cheers
I am always arguing with fellow crossword-compilers about the validity of certain anagram indicators! Crofter - I agree with your reservations about 'removed'. I'm all for compilers trying to be original, but soundness still has to be the defining factor. And 're-moved' is a step too far!
