I can't download the Mephisto either..'an error occurred while processing this directive' , so I think it must be a problem with the Times site.
I have a pristine copy of the puzzle which I could either fax you or pop in the post and you'd get it tomorrow. ( I don't / can't do scanning ! ) Sent you an email with the first part of this message at 10.20. Very unlikely that you wouldn't have replied if you'd got it: I wonder if it went straight into your recycling bin. Would you like to look.

There is a problem at the Times and they have promised to email me a copy so thank you for your offer to fax one but i am 'confident' they will come through.
