I dont understand the clues you have been given heatherglen but if you want a bigger hint say so. I also dont understand your answer 'not the old year' is that in reply to the jimmy saville one. Must be particularly think tonight

If you have the answers to the questions they should be quite obvious. A bit of lateral thinking and I'm sure heatherglen will get there. If not, I am quite happy to give further clues (or even explain the clues further if she wishes). I must admit though that I haven't found anywhere that mentions a time for the Jimmy Savile question, or at least not one where he says the time.

The clue to 116 refers to a radio programme once hosted by this personality. Try wikipedia and you will see which person fits the place name clue.

The clue to 120 refers to an old US actor nicknamed 'Man of a thousand faces'.

Found the answer to 120 - phew! Easy when you know the answer. Thank you for your patience. How are you doing with the Pubs? I have only one, but I have all the bridges. This has been a long slog! Good Luck with your entry.

I think I've got all the pubs, but it's only due to all the ABers who have asked and/or answered postings. I've put a time for the Top of the Pops question but am not too happy with it. The quiz is now in the post so too late for any changes anyway.

I thought 116 was a politician too, couldn't get Douglas Hurd out of my mind for a long time !!
