Kitten floundering !!! Any help much appreciated ...

I don't know whether these have been asked before but I can't find them. Some clues have been posted without the quiz title and I have searched the site till I can search no more

You're right thinking of shirt numbers for 25. There are only 10 numbers and a team consists of eleven players. So, apart from our glorious failures (England, I mean) which team are going to be remembered in years to come?
