This sounds like it comes from one of those scamming phone-in TV shows where they make up the answer to suit themselves. My advice is to switch off and do something more mind stimulating instead.
Just to illustrate what a scam it is - don't forget that "m" in "numbers" is worth 1000 (in roman numerals) , "xi" in "taxis " is worth 11, and in a similar vein, v = 5, d = 500 and c = 100 to name but a few!
These programmes never explain their reasoning, so you don't know the rules they work by (if they exist). Take our advice and switch off - It's purely a licence to print money!
