I have just 3 still to do to complete this quiz & have googled & thought until I' m brainwashed!

Could all you brainy-boxes out there please either give me a very clear clue or the answer to the following - please?

No. 65 Fiddle-backs at the party?
No. 66 Note! Scores are rectified in this sporting activity.
No. 69 In Japan broken down bamboo staves are used for it.

no 69 is hidden , form of martial art
for 66 think of a musical note and an anagram of scores for a game played with a stick , very popular in canada .
will give the answers if you need them .

is lathi the correct answer for 69 ?

and making an anagram of scores = a musical note I got soccer. But the answer requires 8 letters.

Is the anagram "scores" = 2 notes?

66. Note - as in doh - re - mi etc...+ an anagram of 'scores'

I think I've got it! is no.66 Lacrosse? The musical note being lah without the h?

If my 2 guesses above are correct - that just leaves me with no 65.

is this something String? Or strings something?

I had thought of 5 consequetive letters and seen Boost. I realise now that it is Kendo.

i am going with Lacrosse and I've got the musical party game too!
