Which other Gloucestershire composer became friends with Vaughan Williams at the Royal College of Music - I have tried every combination on google and can't get the answer. Can anyone help please

I think it was Gustav Holst who was born in Cheltenham.

Thank you both for your help. Parry was born in Bournemouth but I never realised that Holst was born in gloucestershire! You learn something new every day!
