not certain of the name or the city, might be New York, but but in some films, there is a bridge where the cars are above train tracks, so the boat would be below the train and the plane above the car. Might be New York, but don't know the name, sorry

3. My husband calls them 'pimples'. Don't know if this is correct, but as he played a lot of table tennis in his youth it probably is.
