A little further north they will have -48C repeat -48C tonight. Thank goodness it's not us. We're just going down to -17C. But you have to add in the wind chill factor. And for your info and those who might wonder. When it says -17C with a windchill factored in making it -23C. It's the -23C you should go by as it's the wind chill that freezes the skin.
