Bumper to Bumper!!

I had an accident last year in my MR2 mark 2 and ruined my front bumper so need to replace it. The bumper is a veilside style but I was thinking of maybe getting another type because the veilside is soooo low once fitted and really impractical when you're driving over cobbled streets, needing to drive down ramps and going over speed bumps. Does anyone know of another front bumper that would fit my car and is more practical and that still looks good? Please help.
