Can any one help I cannot find the last difference

i've got 1a 1b 1c 2a 2b 4d,

1a - flower in hair
1b - no flower in hair
1c - t instead of g in night
2a - flowers in hand
2b - microphone is smaller
4d - two glasses
please correct me if i'm wrong .
