Yes I saw it and could not understand it except that Cavan seemed to be in the Republic of Ireland -Thanks for your replies.
Cavan is in the Northern (part of) Ireland ... when you are defining Ireland as the Island called Ireland


not to be confused with ....
If you look at the Island of Ireland it is divided into two countries - Eire and Northern Ireland

{there is a similar terminolgy muddle over the British Isles ... this includes all the Islands GB + Ireland etc)
