22 across - Britisher abroad in big jumper, tie-dyed fabric (7). Is anyone else puzzled by this? I'm sure it's ROOIKAT (roo = big jumper; ikat = tie-dyed fabric), but the definition of rooikat is African lynx. A Britisher abroad could be rooinek, but that doesn't fit the cryptic part of the clue or with the other letters in the grid.
