24a Flashy Aussie returned to (6) rial?o I can only think of rialto but cannot link that to the clue

hi Quizmonkey - I've checked and, yes, the clue for 24a is exactly as I've typed above. There is no preamble to the crossword nor is there any theme - it's just a straightforward crossword. I wondered if there was a saying on the lines of "return to the Rialto Bridge?"
