Very Interesting !!!

Three correct hits and bonus points for Asking Price within the two minute rule going to Jan1956, Aquagility & cliffyg followed by crofter with 2 points for Nail Polish.

A little later in comes Christiana with Shocking Pink [had to be of the girls, with that one !!] and that's as far as it went for bonus points this week - Pork Barrel went begging altogether.

So before getting down to analysis of this week, it is my very great pleasure to announce that the reigning king for April, with a very commendable score of 10 points, is none other than Aquagility - all hail the king and I'll have to watch my p's & q's this month or I'll be off to the tower !!!!!

Congratulations all round to all the points scorers for this month and I'll list those shortly, but will report on this weeks results first

Top marks to crofter & Christiana who each gained three points for a match and a 'guess'Jan1956, cliffyg & Aquagility all scored bonus points as mentioned and other 2 point scorers were Grenmus, chriss, twosearch, keyboardix, cheshunt & macpark

Both macpark and cheshunt have joined the happy tribe very recently so welcome indeed and please stay around for the fun

Very sorry not to see Chris & Shazza Hewat this weekend - hope this is a 'one off' and they'll be back next time

26 entries scored one point - asking price being a very popular choice so well done, everyone.

Now down to business - as previously announced Aquagility is IT for April !!!

Equal runners - up, on 9 points were paulineward & Jan1956 then came cliffyg with 8 points.
DizzyLizzie & twosearch each scored 7 points
crofter, keyboardix & Arabesque all scored 6 points
5 points were scored by devadiva, Mrs 0-ice, patchett & gen2 while rogerr,Christiana, chiefpanda & brizzer all amassed 4 points.

As you can see, it was a tightly contested month and anyones right up to the last, but again, congratulations to everyone and we'll see you all again next weekend cheers Steff

Well, I don't know what to say - it was such an exciting finish that I've been glued to the other thread waiting for the result for nearly an hour!!

Pride comes, as we all know, before a fall. So I will not gloat, Pauline, but hope that you and Jan will join me as a triarchy for this month.

Morning Steff or is it evening for you! Thanks for your nice words............however, it was not for the want of trying.
I did post SHAZZA's and mine - even noted it was after the Masterchefs entry but the I'NET must have scrambled things. Unfortunately I never checked back to see that it was there like I nearly always do. We would only have scored one each as we both went for Asking PRICE - not many other options we felt!!
We head even further North for next weekend so may not make it for either but we will try and we will be back.....promise!

Hi bridgenut - have done a double check and I'm sorry I can't increase it, much as I'd like to - you had Asking Price and like a number of others, Nail Varnish as opposed to Nail Polish - I know, very close, but...........


And Hi to the Hewats I wondered if that might have been the case as I noticed you both over on MM but short of posting an awol notice this morning which you'd probably not have seen in time.....well there's always another week, glad we haven't lost you.
