These are now driving me mad so can anyone help
1. Dropping down round Maureen
2. Move to be just near men
3. Limited Greek and French lost somehow
4. She might track bull here then, oo!
5. An animal's charm indeed, Da!
6. He has his animal insticts
( I did find Alan Titmarsh had written a book called animal instincts but is he a wildlife presenter?)

No best answer has yet been selected by smouse. Once a best answer has been selected, it will be shown here.
For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I suspect that we have to go back quite a long way with some of the answers, which is what you are good at smouse. Its really hard to think up 27 people,. I have fitted in the more modern presenters, but I could really do with a list of earlier presenters.Do you know any suitable websites? We have until Sept 1st, and I'm fairly well on with the rest of the quiz thanks, so I'll persevere for now, but don't post your answers too early, as I am sure I will need your help soon.
I just put in wildlife presenter in google uk and got some of them
Not good at clues Nicky but here goes
I suggest if you get one name you put that and wildlife presenter into google and am sure it will show both names
a is an anagram
b first word is a slang word for steal (i was stuck for ages cos I could only think Rob and it isnt that)
c another anagram without the us soldier use the universal anagram site http://www.utsire.com/anagrams
d another anagram which you will get if you work out what words to include and clue gave me that
e think type of pear
f right first name try google

No most certainly not smouse-its after you came up with the crinoline answer in a Punch magazine(clothes quiz) that I was referring to as being clever. I certainly did not mean to cause offence.Looks like I've been trying to solve too many clues tonight, so I'd better go to bed, as I seem to be offending you, and I certainly didn't mean to. Please forgive me, and excuse my inappropriate choice of words. I will try to rephrase my response more carefully next time.
