Hi Aquagility. the correct clue which was not given was "Relating to the head or in the region of the head", and The Library did not state which crossword it was from .This does help.The question title "unanswered" is not helpful to anybody.

Argee2 - TheLibrary is IN a library and may not know any more information than has been given. There is a simple typo in the clue given - 'of' instead of 'or'.
