looks like it should be POINT but doesnt fit with what Ive got around it.
3. ancient Roman copper coins
I have these letters A _ S _ S Fingers crossed that someone knows these!!

Jan2006, I think the answer to 43a is FLOOZY,because the answer to 32d is COFFRET,(french)and 39a is PSALTER,and 40d is AZO,and 25d is ALSO,52A is RANK,Hope this helps, l was puzzled for quite a while myself,but delved into various sites and came up with answers also with a little help from other people asking the same questions,
