Hi . I didn't have too much difficulty with it.
As I told P, I used to desperately miss the English style crosswords when I was living in your part of the world and never got used to the strictly synonym based puzzles set by American compilers.
You have found a cryptic one locally so there are some?

There must be more because there is a man from Ottawa comes on line occasionally looking for answers to what seems to be a pretty difficult one. I don't know what newspaper or magazine he is reading, but he's on to a good one.
I'm receiving The Week from Pauline, Everyman from Pat, and the Telegraph cryptic from Julia - but I find the clues in the latter very very obscure. However, the Lord loves a trier and He knows I'm trying to fit in as many as I can now that I have a source. It was a drought before I met you all on AB so I can understand how you felt when isolated in a kind of crossword No Man's land.
