Could be thrice. Are you sure the s is correct?
It's definitely 'thrice'. That's 'h' for 'hour' in 'trice' for 'second'. The three repetitions, of course, mean 'thrice'.

yes, you are both corrrect, so that leaves me with

form of satellite? no lie, that's right

t-l-t-r

any ideas?
I reckon its TELSTAR -i.e anagram of satellite without lie + r
- not that happy with it ,however.
It's definitely 'telstar'. As Yulandi says, it's an anagram of 'satellite' in which 'r' for 'right' replaces 'lie'...hence the clue's words 'No lie, that's right'. I'm not at all clear why Yulandi is unhappy with that...seems perfectly OK to me.
Thanks Quizmonster - my problem is that TELSTAR IS a satellite, yet satellite is part of the definition, but I guess that's acceptable, sometimes. Rest of xword - no such problems.
