I think it is because the number of passwords required to enter the competition have been issued.
Passwords were only needed for website entries, 24 were needed for each entry and they printed more than 48 which allowed for 2 entries per person.

I think it might be a mistake, otherwise there is a discrepancy between the amount of passwords printed and the amount that the computer-based competition specified for completion of the second set of passwords.

Yes, it probably was a mistake as there is a passwoed for today.
