ST Where was I?

Have found the Manor House. But although I have solved the clues cannot get the anagram despite the washington/stars and stripes references. Any ideas?

You've already solved it. The emblem, etc. refers to the stars and stripes (count up th number of letters required from each clue and they add up to 15 which makes stars and stripes.) The Washington manor is the other answer.
