Can you tell me please where this came from? Need to think if it is really mathematical or possibly some kind of general knowledge. You can find these numbers in Pascals triangle in which case the next would be 1 But I am not really convinced!!

Start at the 10 go along to next digit 1 go up to 6 go right to 4 go up to 3 go right to 1
