You can't have had this quiz for more than 3 or 4 days and you have until the end of October to solve it. I think it will spoil it for others who haven't received theirs yet if too much is given away too soon. Give everyone a chance to have a go first.

I will give you a clue though. In his preamble, crofter says:

"There is some significance in the order of the clues"

Once you have solved a few, you should be able to spot something about the order. Use that as additional information to solving the clues you don't have yet.
