Finished the Herculis, finished the Cryptic; cannot finish the 'quick' one. The clue is: Cliff nesters, and I have -h-g- which I hope is correct.

Thank you ddon. I did look up that word as it fitted but apart from all its other meanings, I never realised it also was the name for the 'green cormorant'.
The common cormorant, or shag,
Lays eggs inside a paper bag.
