As she was married to Frank Butcher, is she technically Peggy Butcher or were they divorced?

Peggy was married to Grant, Phil and Sams father, he according to the story line is dead, years later she
married Frank who cheated on her with Pat Evens, she
then divorced him and reverted to the name Mitchell.

Sadly the actor who played Frand died a fortnight ago
