acajou
Not sure what this has to do with food and drink...
Never eaten mahogany, then, Cheekycops ?

I love a good lump of wood for my lunch every now and then.........
oh yes....and how about lightly toasted pine or balsa on french bread...mmmm
Isn't there a vinegar that is made from balsa wood?
Looking for a food link ?
acajou is also another name for cashew
Well wood you believe it!!

It's nuts when you realise that mahogany is cashew; used in France and is called 'acajou' and the word comes from the Portuguese (a)caju as a derivative of Tupi 'agapu'.

Come on, it's food for thought; and we need a fibrous diet........Ron
Your knowledge of wood astounds me vivandorron!!
Very interesting! You must be special 'branch'!!
Heh,heh,ahem...
