Hi!
I'm also stuck on no.58 - Steer when newly routed - I know it is an English Village but the number of letters is not given.
Can some kind person point me in the right direction for solving No. 60 ? - What evil shorts toured -answer is a non-fiction book title and again, number of letters not given.
This quiz is certainly taxing my brain so guess I must eat more fish!!!

No offence - but rather than ask fro help, why not try and look for it. I managed it - looking through a standard atlas/road map of GB. It's not that difficult and enormously rewarding when you find the answer.
