34 Beethoven is right ... i.e. Bee (from clue 30) + th' oven... as they would say in Lancashire for the oven (kiln).

81. I have Ring Ousel ... i.e. Phone (ring) + Ouse (Yorkshire flower/river + L (Student).

93. Nightjar .... anag "thing" + jar (preserve)
